Manage your team members and their roles
Invite your team members
Stores can have multiple team members. You can invite your team members from the Dashboard app, by clicking on your company avatar in the top right corner, and then choosing “Organization Authentication”. You can also set roles for your team members. This is especially useful if you want to limit permissions for certain team members. Read more about it here.
Authentication
We support a large variety of authentication methods. You can choose one of the following:
- Password (using username and password)
- Passwordless (using a link that is sent to your email every login)
- Google (using your Google account)
- SAML (using your company’s SAML provider)
- We can also support authentication using Github, Microsoft, Slack, Apple and Salesforce.
SAML authentication
This is a little more complex to set up and you will need an intervention of a member of your IT team. This is still easy to connect but will require some technical knowledge. We can help you with this.
