Permission levels and authorization
Our infrastructure is designed with security in mind. We allow you to set different permissions and roles to your team members, as well as for merchants to assign different roles to their teams.
Stores owners
These are roles that your organization can assign to your team members. These roles are used to manage your store.
Store
- Create new storess
- Delete a store
- Update store’s settings
- Manage SideDish users
- Manage SideDish account
- Access payments
- Refund purchases
- Developer role (used for stuff that require a developer intervention)
Products
- Create new products
- Update product properties
- Delete a product
- Approve a product revision
Merchants
Merchants can also assign different roles to their teams. These are the permissions that are supported:

- Update merchant profile
- Manage team members
- Upload files
- Manage merchant’s settings
- Manage payments
- Refund purchases
Products
- Create new products
- Submit product revisions
